5.What is the next step Depends on the size of the project e.g..

For small projects without the involment of structural engineers or building inspectors we can see you straight away. For bigger projects all the required plans,drawings,permission etc. need to be obtained by the client before contacting us.Than you can send it to us by email. We look into the project before visiting you. We can prepare a written estimate within 1-2 weeks from the last visit. If you need or require help with the project we can help you with that too.

6.Can you work with my architect,structural engineers etc.

7.Do you have an architect or structural engineer which you could recommend or work with?

8.Do you have Corgi Plumbers and NICEIC Electricians?

 Yes, all our gas works is certified by a Corgi Plumber and Electric works is done by a qualified Electrician.

9. Can You urgently start working in my property -- I don't have time to wait ?

...for medium size and big project we usually need about 2 weeks notice in order to start. Smaller projects we can start within couple of days! Please, contact us to check availability. And we always try to be flexible for our customers.

10. Does your fixed quotation include the cost of materials?

Most of the time we provide Fixed Price Quotation for labour cost and rough estimate for building materials

11. Can You finish work in a limit time ?

Most of the time-Yes. Please, call us to find out our availability. We would need to know the following: start day, dead line, required work and address for that project. We would tell you whether it is feasible.

12. Whether parking tickets and Congestion Charge (CC) included in your quotation ?

Quotation does NOT include cost of Parking and/or Congestion Charge ! We would ask you to reimburse cost of CC and/or parking. We usually discuss it with customer before beginning of any project.

13. How many people going to work in my property ?

It depends from the size of the project and time scale. On medium size projects (house/flat refurbishment) usually work 3-4 people.

14. How often do i pay you?

We ask customers to pay by instalments or by putting down deposit (this depends on the project-we would discuss this before starting the work). Number of instalments depend from the size of the project . Last instalment (10-15%) can be paid on completion of the whole project. We would discuss payment method before start of any work.

15. How can I pay?

We accept Cash, Cheque and Online Transfer.Please note that for each cheque and cash payment is £15 charge. No charge for bank transfer

16. Do you sign contracts before the commencement of jobs?

Yes. Lotus Home Improvements Ltd always provide a written contract. Quotation, as contract, includes: company number, insurance, description of required work, prices, dates, etc.

17. Can you do small projects,work around the house (few hours or half day) ?

Yes, we can do small jobs as well. We have a minimum charge for half or full day. So, if job will take 2-3 hours you still have to pay for a half day.

18. I am a foreign investor or landlord,can you look after my properties?

Yes we can.At the moment Lotus Home Improvements Ltd looks after numbers of properties all over London
